Anthony Racanelli is President of Racanelli Realty Services, Inc. He brings almost four decades of management experience extending over a broad spectrum of commercial/industrial real estate services. That experience, coupled with his hands-on leadership, has helped The Company grow to become one of the region’s premier full-service commercial real estate enterprises offering turnkey commercial brokerage and property/asset management services.

Mr. Racanelli entered the commercial real estate field in 1981 serving as a Project Manager within N. Racanelli Associates, a leading commercial/industrial construction and development firm. As Project Manager, he gained firsthand knowledge of the construction process and the importance of maintaining the highest standards of service. He also developed strong communications skills which ultimately led him into a sales executive position through which he generated many significant opportunities for the organization. During this same period, he was a primary liaison with the organization’s affiliated real estate/asset management firm, Twinco Industrial Building Corporation. In this role, he expanded his expertise with an in-depth understanding of the various aspects of property management, from property marketing and tenant build-outs to financial management, operations and owner/tenant relations.

In 1992, Mr. Racanelli’s broader knowledge base and strong skill set in property management earned him full responsibilities for the newly formed, Racanelli Realty Services, Inc. Since assuming the role of President of Racanelli Realty Services, Mr. Racanelli has expanded its capabilities to include a commercial brokerage division. Today, under his management, the name Racanelli Realty Services has become synonymous with sophisticated, market responsive services delivered with the highest level of professional integrity.

An active member of the industry, Mr. Racanelli is affiliated with such organizations as the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society, Long Island Real Estate Group, Green Building Council, Hauppauge Industrial Association and Long Island Association. He is also President of the Hauppauge Office Condominiums and Adams Office Condominiums.

Continuing in the philanthropic and community service tradition of the Racanelli family, Mr. Racanelli serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Hope House Ministries. Additionally, he is a Licensed Youth Soccer Coach serving in the Long Island Junior Soccer League and an accomplished student of the Martial Arts. Among the organizations he continually supports are: the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, the Infant Jesus Roman Catholic Church, St. Anthony’s High School and St. John the Baptist High School.

Mr. Racanelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College.
